In 2021, our co-founder Dr. Vikram Nair spent 4 months on generic job boards trying to find a position that matched his specialisation. The experience was demoralising — irrelevant job alerts, unresponsive recruiters, and zero transparency.
He partnered with Shruti Agarwal, who had spent a decade placing healthcare professionals for leading hospital chains. Together, they saw the same problem from both sides — hospitals couldn't find quality candidates, and professionals couldn't find relevant opportunities.
